Vorail AI
Published by Pixtas, LLC
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixtas, LLC ("Vorail," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Vorail AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Vorail AI is a voice-based social community built for the global blind and low-vision community. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name or display name, email address, and the credentials or third-party sign-in identifiers used to log in.
- Voice content and other User Content. The Service lets you record and share voice content, questions, answers, and other materials. We collect and store these recordings and content so the Service can function and so other members can listen to and respond to them.
- Communications. If you contact us for support or report content or members, we collect the information you provide in those communications.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, content viewed or played, and timestamps.
- Device and technical data. We may collect your device type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and diagnostic and crash data to operate and secure the Service.
We do not process payments or store your payment information. Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store, and your payment details are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including hosting and sharing your voice content with other members.
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To moderate content, enforce our Terms of Use, and keep the community safe.
- To monitor, analyze, secure, and improve the Service, and to detect and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
- To notify you about changes, updates, or important information about the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your User Content to train machine-learning or artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell your personal information or User Content.
3. Voice Content
Voice recordings you create are central to the Service. When you record a question, answer, or other content, that recording is stored on our servers and, depending on how you share it, made available to other members of the community. Other members may listen to, respond to, and (where the feature allows) keep copies of content you share. Please consider what you say before recording, and do not share information you want to keep private.
4. Voice and AI Features
If you enable AI Voice in Settings, when you use voice features your spoken request is transcribed on your device and the resulting text, together with relevant on-screen content (such as the question or answer you're viewing), is sent to our servers and processed by Anthropic, Inc. ("Claude"), a third-party AI service, to interpret your request and generate answers. Your microphone audio is not transmitted. We also log the text of these interactions to operate and improve the feature. This data is associated with your account identifier. Anthropic processes this data as our service provider under terms that prohibit using it to train their models and that provide protections equivalent to those in this policy. AI Voice is off by default; you can enable or disable it at any time in the app's Settings. On supported devices, some requests are processed entirely on your device and are not sent to us or to Anthropic.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- With other members. Your display name and the content you choose to share (including voice recordings) are visible to other members as part of how the community works.
- With service providers. We use third-party companies to host data, provide analytics, deliver notifications, and otherwise help us operate the Service. They may access information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it and not use it for other purposes.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our Terms, protect the rights, safety, or property of Vorail, our members, or the public, or detect and address fraud or security issues.
- In a business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Deleting Your Account and Data
Your account can be deleted at any time. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the associated personal information and User Content, except where we are required to retain it by law, or where content you shared has been received by other members who have not deleted it.
8. Your Choices
- You can review and update your account information in the app.
- You can enable or disable AI Voice at any time in Settings.
- You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@vorail.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users
We operate in the United States, and your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, whichever is greater. The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@vorail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

The Service may contain links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
