Delete your Vorail AI account

You can request deletion of your Vorail AI account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Delete from within the app

Open Vorail AI, go to the You tab, and tap Delete Account. Your account is scheduled for deletion after a 7-day grace period, during which you can cancel by reopening the app and tapping Keep My Account.

Request by email

Or email support@vorail.com from the address associated with your account (or include your Vorail display name) and ask us to delete your account. We'll process your request within 30 days.

What we delete

When your deletion request is processed, we delete:

• Your account record, including your name or display name, email address, and Vorail user ID.
• Your voice recordings, including questions, answers, and private messages.
• Your activity, including played history, subscriptions, likes and connections, and mutes.
• Your in-app search history.
• Your subscription status.

What we may keep

We keep a limited amount of information after deletion, only where we have to:

• Records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. We keep these only for as long as the applicable law requires, and we do not use them to provide the Service to you.
• Residual copies in our encrypted backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule within 30 days of your deletion.
• Content you shared that other members have already received and have not deleted from their own accounts.

Canceling your subscription

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google rather than by us. Cancel auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings or in the Subscriptions section of the Google Play app.
